Free Albert!
Anti-Deer Coalition needs
your help! This has become one of
the first causes for which the ADC will push to bring to the world’s attention
and a life is in the balance. Albert
Esposito has just been sentenced to 30 years in a federal prison simply for
holding to his moral and religious convictions and not being willing to give in
to government insistence to lie or falsify information.
As I understand it Albert was also sentenced using new aspects of the Patriot
Act which allow an accused criminal to be sentenced based on their "overall
case" rather than on actual counts of criminal activity. I don't see
the relation between terrorism and a fraud case relating to a supposedly
unprofitable business... do you? There is widespread proof of abuses of
the Patriot Act which will be linked from the "News..."
section of the main page soon, so keep an eye open for those. Albert was a part owner (one of four) in a multi-interest company with
operations in various locations around the world. This company’s operation was halted by the federal
government on claims it was not a producing income on par with outside
investment in the company. The
other three owners are not in prison, the worst sentence for any of those was
time served because at least several of them were willing to corroborate what
the government demanded of them. If
they had not, they would also be serving further time.
Albert was therefore punished unjustly for having morals and standards he
was not willing to violate! Albert
had enough in assets (property and goods) to repay investors in the government
disbanded company, and the government seized all these assets and, of course,
kept the profit from the property seizures.
Albert feels compelled to repay those he supposedly defrauded and the
government locking him up for 30 years proves beyond any reasonable sense that
they were simply after these assets.
Money and greed (and perhaps some bruised egos from folks involved in a prior legal case regarding the illegality of a forced federal income tax which Albert won) seems to be all this mess is about. Albert very well could have incurred all this from a successful encounter in court over the constitutionality (or lack of constitutionality as it turns out) of the federal income tax. Apparently a lasting problem from Lincoln’s stripping of state rights is that the federal government is still not allowed to require an income tax. Only individual states can legally (according to the constitution) require its citizens to pay an income tax. The federal government began the income tax program in the 40’s to help finance World War II and initially it was voluntary. It turns out the tax is legally still voluntary despite IRS attempts to threaten otherwise. Albert proved his case in court around ten years ago and I suspect made some ongoing government watch list along with others who have also realized the unconstitutionality of the federal income tax and who have won their court cases to no longer pay them.
This may have been fine until he
became successful and he became part owner in a multi-national company.
The company took advantage of legal US loopholes for tax which many large
corporations use every day (such as Carnival Cruise Lines, etc.) which operate
both within and without the confines of US territory.
Albert’s company had mines in the Midwest, a bank in Grenada, and many
other businesses. All of which were
conducted legally and with good intent. No
harm was intended to any of the investors and the companies should have produced
excellent profits in the near future but the government halted operations before
this occurred. Albert does not
deserve this great injustice being carried out against him by the country he
loves. This man is not a threat nor
is he a danger. He still wants to
repay those the government defrauded in this whole mess and he has stated to me
in person that whenever he gets out he wishes to repay those the government says
he defrauded. There is no reason
for this man to be in prison nor for him to be kept from society and from paying
those he now feels obligated to pay. 
The ADC wishes to do its part and needs your help! We need you to help us bring Albert’s case to the attention of everyone; especially any who may be able to help in his situation. You never know who may know someone who might be able to help. Spread the word! Tell whoever you can about the injustices Albert has and continues to face. When Albert returned from sentencing the guards at the prison in Lenoir where he has been housed were all huddled by the door waiting for him to return. When he walked in and told them his sentence they laughed and didn’t believe him until the guard who was with him the whole time confirmed it. The guards then broke down in tears. I know no better testament to this man’s character than that. Please do what you can to help, I have great faith that the ADC’s readers will do anything they can. The ADC will be ordering “Free Albert!” stickers with a small “www.anti-deercoalition.com” logo in the corner. I may charge a small fee for these to cover costs. New Straights Times, Malaysia - Albert really gets around! How they got anything about racist rhetoric is beyond me. I was around Albert tons during this time period and never have I heard him utter any racist statements or indicate any form of racism.

Well after sitting at the computer for hours hunting the web for Albert related stories that's what I came up with. Keep in mind many writings have their bias and some are there simply to make Albert look threatening and violent. He did not "hold up" and try to fend off Federal Agents but rather he was taken into custody peacefully and without incident. I personally can vouch that this man is not a threat nor has he advocated anything other than what the Constitution protects and what our Founding Fathers envisioned for this country. No doubt the men that founded our country would be in jails if they were alive today in America for their "radical" beliefs. We are not a free nation. We are surrendering our rights at an alarming rate and we are giving up our heritage as a Free People. We must stand up and vocalize. We the people will not take it anymore and we demand to be heard!
