The importance of Liking Yourself is a notion that fell heavily out of favor during the coptic, anti-ego frenzy of the acid era — but nobody guessed back then that the experiment might churn up this kind of hangover; a whole subculture of frightened illiterates with no faith in anything. - Hunter S. Thompson I believe my generation is the fallout from that generation. Illiterate (to the extent that basically none of my generation is even remotely knowledgeable about the world around them, especially what is written) and literally with no faith in anything whatsoever.
I have worked as a Concert Producer/Head of Marketing and Promotions for a small web-based firm located in Charlotte. I have participated in a CEO shadowing program with Business Honors at UNCC, and I attended the Jessie Helms Leadership Conference in 1999 where one of the key speakers was a former high level Regan administration advisor. I attended the University at North Carolina at Charlotte for 5 years where I have enough credit hours for a History degree, and enough hours for a minor in American Studies. I also have credit hours in Sociology and a few in Psychology as well as several in Business and Science. I was one of a select few freshmen allowed into the prestigious Business Honors Program. I left the school without completing a degree because after two changes of majors and since I was looking at a third I would have been there for another year and a half or so. To be quite honest I was sick of being sold lies by professors who had liberal agendas and were pushing us towards a controlled society where only people that think like them and are educated are acceptable, and everyone else is somehow a lesser class. I do not agree and left school partly in protest to what many my professors were trying to fill my head with, lies.
I agree with the Constitution and our Founding Fathers that no war of aggression is valid, therefore our war in Iraq is completely unjust. I believe the vast majority of "terrorists" are actually groups funded, created, or that are under the direct control of black ops portions of the CIA and other covert agencies. I believe there is little difference between the Democratic and Republican parties. The left right paradigm is now completely fake. The parties only argue over minor issues, otherwise they are identical. That is why I advocate the beginning of a new third party known as the National Legislative Reform Party or the National Reform Party (apparently the latter is already taken, but I don't see them doing anything, so until they actually bring some candidates to the table on a large scale, I'd look at other options. I know and trust that there are many good patriotic and upstanding Americans who understand what is going on and are actively opposing the elitist global movement. I am against illegal immigration and think those here who are breaking the law should be returned to Mexico or their country of origin and that our borders need to be protected and guarded properly. I am not a racist and legal immigration is fine, I'm all for it, but when your first act upon entering our land is to break the law by entering it illegally one can clearly see this often begins a pattern of ignoring our laws. We obviously need a physical barrier between our nation and Mexico. I believe President Bush should be impeached for violating the Constitution and signing a law that both branches of Congress did not pass. This is illegal and if we are to have laws in this nation, why is the President and why are illegal immigrants able to break the law without consequence, when if (and when) I break the law I am punished? I also believe that since President Bush leaked top secret information he has obviously also broken the law and deserves to be impeached for that offense as well. President Bush ran on a platform of responsibility in the White House saying that accountability is vital. I believe someone should be held accountable for leading our nation to war for his own profit, and for the profit of his big oil friends. I believe the Iraq war was entirely about securing a permanent base of operations (14 permanent military bases are being built now in Iraq) in the region to secure oil supplies. I base this partly on Henry Kissinger's comment, "Oil is too important to leave it to the Arabs." I believe I remember that Bush wanted to appoint Kissinger to head the 9/11 Commission initially.
